Why:
I wanted to dress up a little for dinner, but some of the clothes I brought along with me (hello, sequin disco ball blouse) were just too fancy for the quaint and charming Reykjavik scene. Instead I followed the lead of a lot of girls I saw around town and did big chunky wedges with black tights, skirt and coat. For a dash of color I wore a purple scarf (from the goodie bag at Feb’s IFB conference) and an electric blue bag.  It was SO WINDY when Adam attempted these photos and my hair was a rat’s nest from the water at the Blue Lagoon (more on this later). But dinner was amazing discount coach purses, drinks were fun and I got the Icelandic wool sweater I had on my shopping list.
